Laura has been in the field of culinary, marketing and dietetics her entire career. Her expertise in nutrition and dietetics—along with her engaging personality—make her reach-and-teach presentations exceptional. Laura’s experience includes:
Culinary: Laura does culinary demonstrations for small and large groups. These events infuse nutrition and wellness information into basic recipes. The goal is to have more families eating home cooked foods around their table. Laura has brought back delicious recipes from her culinary tours of Chile, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Portugal, Bologna, Parma and Modena.
Brand Ambassador: Laura’s team of Realtime Nutrition Dietitians staff booths at trade shows for food and ingredient companies. The presence of a health professional with medical nutrition therapy knowledge and “in the trenches” consumer experience adds credibility to products when health professionals want the “why” to buy questions. Laura handles the administrative work to bring food and ingredients to health professional meetings in addition to staffing the booths.
Reshape Your Health/Wellness Content: Reshape Your Health is an original concept that provides health and nutrition content with evidence-based information. This information can be tailored to the brand for social and website content.
Customer Service: Laura works with companies that need help with customer questions about the nutritional value and use of products. This includes handling crisis management when appropriate.
Presentations and In-Service: Laura creates presentations and in-services for health professional and staff meetings. These programs infuse the food and ingredient message points to make the products more understandable to the target audience.

Laura holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Marywood University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic Association and the Dietetic Practice groups for Culinary and Food Professionals, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Diabetes Care and Education. Laura is also a member of the American Diabetic Association, and the New Jersey Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
